With our CRYOVAC® brand preformed food packaging trays, you can create all types of case-ready packaging for overwrap, MAP and vacuum skin applications. These trays are optimised for use with CRYOVAC® brand lid films, overwrap films and vacuum skin packaging films.

Preformed Overwrap Trays
Our CRYOVAC® brand preformed PP overwrap trays offer rolled rim technology that enables you to produce a highly attractive case ready package. These trays work well with our SES and BDF films and are designed to run on existing overwrap equipment, so no additional machinery is required. Available in a range of sizes, these trays offer a fresh and traditional look to your finished product.
Preformed MAP Trays
Our CRYOVAC® brand preformed trays for modified atmosphere packaging are made from a high barrier, polypropylene material that can help extend shelf-life while increasing production efficiencies. Hermetically sealed with CRYOVAC® brand barrier lidstock, the final output is a leak-proof package. This solid barrier tray/lidstock combination provides a MAP system that nearly doubles packaging speeds, eliminates leakage, and substantially reduces labour costs.
Preformed VSP Trays
Our CRYOVAC® brand preformed trays for vacuum skin packaging are made from a high barrier, polypropylene material that can help extend shelf-life and maintain flavour. When paired with one of our vacuum skin films the result is a finished package that has removed oxygen, sealed in freshness, and locked in juices within leak-proof package that is freezer ready. These trays are used with Darfresh® Tray/Skin, Darfresh® on Tray, Darfresh® 10k OTR, and Simple Steps ready meals.

Our CRYOVAC® brand HydroLoQ preformed MAP trays are padless, reducing waste to landfill by eliminating the need for an absorbent pad. Made from a high-barrier polypropylene material, these preformed trays can help extend shelf-life while increasing production efficiencies.
