AUTOBAG® brand bag and pouch systems are automated to help increase productivity and reduce costs for various packaging applications. The systems are flexible, offer many options designed to reduce dependency on labour, and provide a lower total package cost. System-matched SidePouch bags offer a variety of features, such as reclosable zips, resealable bags, reinforced headers, and easy-open perforations.

SidePouch Industrial System
Designed to provide high productivity solutions for hand load through fully automatic packaging applications, the automated AUTOBAG® brand SidePouch industrial system operates at 120 bags per minute in continuous mode and offers special bag features. The systems offer the option of continuous or intermittent bag indexing to accommodate the high speeds of individual product or kit packaging.

SidePouch Automated Fulfilment System
AUTOBAG® brand SidePouch automated fulfilment system provides speed and flexibility to e-commerce operations. The system first delivers a pre-opened bag while the shipping label is automatically printed and applied. An optional inline printer produces and inserts the packing slip. An optional collator delivers the product for hand insertion. The operator then cycles the packaging machine by scanning the next product to be loaded, triggering automated sealing of the previously loaded and labelled bag.
