SEALED AIR® brand FasFil paper void-fill systems are fast, reliable, and produce paper packaging to fill any size void.
Our range of paper void-fill systems converts paper of different weights in manual, programmed-length and auto-repeat modes. Our kraft paper is responsibly sourced from 100% recycled paper packaging material and is recyclable. Models include the SEALED AIR® brand FasFil Jr., FasFil 1,500, and FasFil Jet.

This small but powerful system can be installed in seconds and is built for maximum uptime. Mounting options include tabletop or optional floor stand. The entire unit swivels for quick and easy paper loading. Multiple operating models include cut and hold or manual mode and custom pad lengths are available at the push of a button. This system offers integrated anti-jam sensors and a one-touch reset.

FasFil 1500
The SEALED AIR® brand FasFil 1,500 is a fast and easy on-demand paper system best for small, low-fragility voids. This void-fill system runs multiple weights of 38 cm (15-inch) fanfold paper at up to 118.8 m (390 feet) per minute. With a small footprint and standard electrical requirements, it’s versatile enough to be used alongside pack stations or in inline fulfilment operations. It’s available in both a floor model and tabletop model.

FasFil Jet
The SEALED AIR® brand FasFil Jet is a large paper void-fill dispenser that is ideal for high-volume, inline operations with oversized voids. The system is designed with a large paper capacity that is easy to load and operate and delivers 76.2 cm (30-inch) paper at 114.3 m (375 feet) per minute. It can be easily adjusted to work in an automated environment and fit seamlessly over conveyors.
