01 Overview
Our high-performance fabricated polyethylene foams offer superior damage protection.
Polyethylene (PE) foam planks provide superior damage protection, allowing for a smaller overall shipping footprint. Because of their high-performance cushioning, less material is required per package. Our PE foams are classified as No.4 low-density PE (LDPE) material and can be recycled in LDPE recycling systems, including our closed-loop recycling programme. Check your local recycling programme for specific regulations.

The Ethafoam product line provides unparalleled cushioning protection against repeated impacts. Ethafoam Whisper sound-absorbing foam is a hydrophobic material providing excellent acoustical properties. Ethafoam HRC foam is produced with a minimum of 65% recycled resin content. Ethafoam Synergy is a fine-cell, low-abrasion solution for applications where both presentation and performance matter. Ethafoam EcoPure is a sustainable, bio-based polyethylene foam.
