01 Overview
Our paper void-fill solutions are ideal for small pack stations.
SEALED AIR® brand paper pack station solutions are fast and easy. Our kraft paper is responsibly sourced from 100% recycled paper packaging material and is recyclable. Ideal for work cell or small-volume fulfilment operations, these paper void-fill solutions accommodate a variety of packaging needs. Models include the SEALED AIR® brand FasFil M, FasFil Mini, and FasFil Jr.
- 15-inch void-fill paper protects against damage in a variety of applications
- Kraft fanfold paper is made with 100% recycled paper packaging material and is recyclable
- White fanfold paper is made with 100% virgin paper pulp and is recyclable
- Sealed Air paper is FSC certified and certified to Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI) standards
- Fanfold paper is available in 3 different basis weights
- Paper design minimises waste by reducing the amount of material needed for protection
- Pack station paper solutions use standard 15-in fanfold paper weights, including 30# (45GSM), 35# (50GSM), and 40# (60GSM)

FasFil Mini
SEALED AIR® brand FasFil Mini is individually boxed fanfold paper that doubles as a convenient shipping container and void-fill paper dispenser. The box can be used alone or with the SEALED AIR® brand FasFil M dispenser by removing the perforated box sections and placing the box of fanfold paper on the FasFil M dispenser to start packing. Once the void-fill paper is depleted, the entire FasFil Mini box can be recycled in mixed paper collection streams.

FasFil M
Developed for the unique challenges of pack stations, SEALED AIR® brand FasFil M is an easy-to-use manual paper void-fill dispenser. It’s the smallest of its kind and offers flexible options for pack station installation. This solution requires no power to operate while holding the void-fill paper material above the work surface to optimize the entire pack station space. The system can also be mounted directly onto a shelf or a workbench.

FasFil Jr.
SEALED AIR® brand FasFil Jr. is a full-featured, powered paper void-fill system specifically designed for pack station needs. Ideal for medium-volume shippers, your packers will enjoy multiple operating models that meet their needs and increase packing efficiency. Its compact size optimizes the pack station area with mounting options that include tabletop or optional floor stand. This system offers integrated anti-jam sensors and a one-touch reset.
