01 Overview
Our form-fill-seal equipment works with most form-fill-seal film.
CRYOVAC® brand form-fill-seal systems provide high-speed versatility for packaging liquid food products in a flexible film pouch. These machines are designed to facilitate fast and easy changeover of food products and rollstock, as well as deliver a wide range of packaging options for hot and cold foods, including those with particulates.

Vertical Form-Fill-Seal System
CRYOVAC® brand vertical form-fill-seal systems offer one- or two-part filling that is used when combining solids and liquids into pouches. These machines offer industry-leading versatility and flexibility through a range of equipment models that allow your choice of fill type, pouch size, lane configurations and speed.

FlexPrep™ Portion Dispensing System
We offer two vertical form-fill-seal systems that support our FlexPrep™ portion dispensing product line. The FP3002 model has a one-lane configuration and the FP2052 model allows for two-lane output. These machines, while designed to produce FlexPrep™ portion dispensing pouches, can also produce a full range of other pouch types and sizes with or without fitments.

DS3002 Beverage Dispensing System
The CRYOVAC® brand DS3002 is a high-speed vertical form-fill-seal system that produces drink dispensing pouches with an external fitment. The finished pouches are designed to dispense liquids such as wine, coffee, tea and juice.
- Designed to work with various high-performance films to create a dispensing solution in a vertical form-fill-seal package
- Increases uptime and improves throughput 2X faster than incumbent bag-in-box filling equipment
- The finished hermetic package extends product shelf-life, maintains product quality, and expands consumer options
- Enabled by SEE™ Smart Link technology, which collects, stores, and analyses operating data for the SEE™ Advanced Maintenance Programme
- Single lane configuration
- Produces several package sizes at speeds up to 35 packs per minute
- Finished package sizes up to 4L
- Base specifications same as the standard DS3002 equipment
