I-Pack Void Reduction System
SEALED AIR® brand I-Pack void reduction system rightsizes the pack and optimizes productivity for B2C order fulfilment operations. After a corrugated tray is formed and contents are inserted, the tray is folded to create a right-sized carton that is sealed with a lid. An optional material insertion system add-on automatically cuts and inserts sheets of inflatable bubble into each box for product cushioning and protection.

e-Cube Void Reduction System
SEALED AIR® brand e-Cube void reduction system automatically creates rightsized packs for a variety of industries and is ideal for companies that ship between 300 and 3,000 boxes per day. The system measures the height of the contents, scores and folds excess corrugated material, and then seals the carton. This system integrates with and enhances your packaging line to get product out the door faster and more efficiently.

Ultipack Void Containment System
SEALED AIR® brand Ultipack void containment system automatically inserts a corrugated wedge inside a tray on top of the box contents, locking them in place. This corrugated wedge prevents the contents from shifting during shipping. One system can support multiple pack stations while reducing the number of packers. The package is neat and easy to open, creating a seamless unboxing experience for the consumer with a built-in tear strip.
