01 Overview
SEALED AIR® brand Shanklin® shrink wrap machines are built for peak performance, durability, and versatility. Shanklin® shrink wrap equipment includes numerous features, speeds, and options that make it ideally suited for containment, bundling, and display. Shanklin® machines can run any shrink film in our protective portfolio.

- Peak output rate up to 180 packs per minute on select models
- Power options available in 208V, 230V, or 460V; export voltage also available

Shanklin HySpeed Servo Series
Shanklin® HySpeed Servo Series shrink wrap machines offer speed and flexibility to meet evolving production demands. Side-sealing models HS Servo 15 and 19 and overlap-sealing models HS-2 and HS-4 offer many features, including fully automatic product handling, and the ability to accommodate a wide range of product lengths and shapes. All are available in USDA-approved models.

Shanklin F Series
Shanklin® F Series shrink wrap machines are continuous motion, horizontal form-fill-sealers designed to wrap products effortlessly and efficiently. These models include programmable controls for easy troubleshooting, variable settings for seamless product changeover, and adaptable conveyor speeds for accurate product management. Shanklin® F Series machines are fully adjustable and are compatible with all SEALED AIR® brand shrink films.

Shanklin Triumph 2 Wrapper
The Shanklin® Triumph 2 automatic form-fill-seal wrapper is a perfect mid-range solution for applications that require more advanced features than an L-sealer, but fewer than those required on a high-speed automatic wrapper. Packed with an extensive list of standard features, built to last, the Shanklin® Triumph 2 is easily one of the best shrink packaging values available.
- Stores up to 25 recipes with scale-based reference points for repeatability
- Generates product spacing on the fly from randomly presented products (fixed or random length) up to 19 cm (7.5-in) tall
- Picture-based color touch screen controls speed, end and side seal temperatures, spacing, diagnostics, and more
- Integrated Shanklin Sabre Side Sealer delivers quality side seals with minimal maintenance
- Package speed: Up to 60 packs per minute (dependent on product and application)
