We choose food-contact-safe stainless steel (at least 16% chromium content) for food contact surfaces in our AUTOBAG® food-grade and CRYOVAC® packaging equipment, because it meets FDA regulations, resists corrosion, and can withstand the rigors of extensive and regular washdown.
