Ted Doheny is president and CEO of Sealed Air Corporation, a global leader in essential packaging solutions that is in the business to protect, solve critical packaging challenges, and to leave our world better than we found it.

Ted has more than 30 years of experience helping global industrial and manufacturing companies transform and grow with a focus on technology, new innovations, and operational excellence. He is a regular speaker on sustainability challenges, the evolution of innovation, entrepreneurial leadership, and the internet of things.
Prior to joining Sealed Air, Ted worked for Joy Global Inc., where he was President and CEO. Before Joy Global, he spent 21 years with Ingersoll Rand Corporation, holding various senior executive positions including officer of the company, President of Industrial Technologies, and President of the Air Solutions Group.
Ted is a director of Eastman Chemical Company and serves as a member of the audit, finance, and environmental, safety and sustainability committees. He was a director of John Bean Technologies Corporation from 2012 to 2019. He is also an executive board member for the Alliance to End Plastic Waste, a global organization established to eliminate plastic pollution in the environment.
Under Ted’s leadership, Sealed Air announced a sustainability and plastics pledge to design and advance packaging solutions to be 100 percent recyclable or reusable by 2025. He has spearheaded the company’s efforts to partner with a variety of industries, including retail, food, and small parcel fulfillment, to form new business models aimed at conserving resources and lowering the costs of operations.
Ted received his bachelor's in engineering from Cornell University and master's in science from Purdue University’s Krannert School of Management. He gained early entrepreneurial experience with his successful ownership of a produce business in St. Louis that funded his early education. Ted has earned multiple patents for his innovations across various industries.
Karl Deily is Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer for Sealed Air. He leads the commercial organization, which includes the food packaging and protective packaging businesses, and is responsible for the company’s corporate innovation and sustainability strategy.
Karl joined Sealed Air in 1981, starting his career with Cryovac in research and development (R&D) working in the applications development group. After 14 years in R&D, he served in various marketing and business leadership roles for both North America and the business globally. Most recently, Karl served as President of Food Care.
Karl serves on the Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina board, the National Chicken Council’s (NCC) allied leader board, and Clemson University’s Packaging Science and Food Science and Nutrition Advisory Board. In 2015, he joined the North Carolina Food Manufacturing task force and food industry needs assessment sub-committee enacted by Governor McCrory. He is also a long-term member of the North American Meat Institute (NAMI) Board and served two terms on the executive committee.
Karl received his bachelor's in microbiology and master's in food science degrees from Clemson University.
Emile Chammas is Senior Vice President and Chief Transformation and Manufacturing/Supply Chain Officer for Sealed Air. Emile leads the global procurement and manufacturing organizations with a focus on SEE Operational Excellence across the company. He also serves as Chief Transformation Officer, reflecting his company-wide leadership of the Reinvent SEE strategy, and oversees the global IT organization.
Emile’s broad supply chain expertise, combined with his business acumen, strategic thinking and field experience working in many countries, are the ideal combination to lead our extensive global network of manufacturing, converting, large outsource supplier relationships and network of warehouse facilities.
Emile received a master's in mechanical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and his bachelor's in mechanical engineering from Vanderbilt University.
Susan Edwards is Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Sealed Air. She is responsible for all human resource operations worldwide, global payroll, as well as global communications and community engagement
Her position oversees Sealed Air’s culture, talent, total rewards, and employer brand strategy with a heightened focus on inclusion and diversity. She is also responsible for the company’s social responsibility and global communications efforts aimed at reaching and engaging current and future employees, the media, and community partners around the world.
Susan joined Sealed Air in 2011 as the Vice President and Global HR Business Partner for the former Food Care division and various functional organizations. She was most recently the Vice President of Global HR Partners. Throughout her career, she has held numerous leadership roles for several global corporations including Snap-on Inc., where she served as Vice President of Rapid Continuous Improvement (RCI) leading global lean manufacturing and business process improvement. More recently, at CIRCOR International, Susan was responsible for the strategic HR and integration leadership across 12 international business units. Previously she held progressive HR and manufacturing leadership roles in the automotive industry.
Susan received her master's in international business from Marquette University and earned her bachelor's in human resource management from East Tennessee State University.
Sergio Pupkin is Vice President and Chief Growth and Strategy Officer for Sealed Air. He is responsible for corporate strategy, global mergers & acquisitions, integrated brand communications, and Sealed Air’s digital business, including e-commerce and SealedAir.com. In this role, he collaborates closely with the executive team from the inception of strategy to successful execution.
Sergio joined the leadership team following a career of more than 20 years at Diversey Care, a global provider of hygiene and cleaning solutions. In his previous position, Sergio served as Global Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for Diversey Care. Prior to that, he held multiple positions of increased responsibility in strategic marketing, business development, innovation, sales, global sectors, and general management. Sergio’s experience has been forged over multiple international assignments including Latin America, Mexico, and EMEA with positions of local, regional, and global responsibility, providing him with a global and multicultural perspective. He has also led multiple transformation efforts.
Sergio received his degree in business administration and marketing from the Universidad de Buenos Aires in Argentina.
Angel Willis is Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for Sealed Air. She oversees global legal affairs for the company and serves as secretary to the board of directors.
Angel has more than 20 years of legal experience. Prior to joining Sealed Air, she served as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Ingersoll Rand, where she led strategic legal transactions and legal affairs for Europe, Middle East, India, and Africa. Prior to Ingersoll Rand, Angel served as Corporate Counsel at Cummins and Associate at Ice Miller.
Angel received her doctoral degree in law from the University of Illinois. She received her bachelor's in political science and economics and master's in business administration degrees from Clemson University.
Jim Sullivan is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Sealed Air. He leads the company’s finance organization and is responsible for all business systems and shared services globally across functions.
Jim has more than 20 years of financial leadership experience, specifically in the industrial and manufacturing sectors. Prior to joining Sealed Air, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Joy Global, Inc. where he had responsibility for the company's finances, accounting, tax, investor relations, and information technology.
He previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Solutia, Inc., a global manufacturer of high-performance materials and specialty chemicals. During his 15-year tenure at Solutia, Jim also served as the company’s Senior Vice President, Treasurer, Controller, and General Auditor. At the time of his departure, he was responsible for Solutia’s finance activities including internal audit, investor relations, acquisitions and divestitures, and information technology. Jim began his career at Monsanto Company in 1983.
He currently serves as a Director and the Audit Chair of Jason Industries, Inc.
Jim received a bachelor’s degree from St. Louis University and a master’s degree in business administration from Washington University.
