Edward (Ted) Doheny II



Ted Doheny is President and CEO of the Sealed Air Corporation.

Ted has more than 30 years of global experience leading industrial companies through business transformations with a focus on innovation, operational excellence, and digital connectivity. Prior to SEE, he was CEO of Joy Global and before this the President of Industrial Technologies and Air Solutions at Ingersoll Rand Corporation.


Ted is transforming SEE with the SEE Operating Model to a world-class digital company automating sustainable packaging solutions.

Under Ted’s leadership, SEE has pledged to design or advance 100% of their packaging materials to be recyclable or reusable by 2025, and set a bolder goal to reach net-zero carbon emissions in their global operations by 2040. He is also committed to a diverse workforce and inclusive culture and sponsored the company’s first public Diversity, Equity and Inclusion pledge.

Ted received a bachelor’s degree in engineering at Cornell University (a Cornell National Scholar) and has a master’s degree in management from Purdue University’s Krannert School of Management.

He started as an entrepreneur with a successful produce business in St. Louis that funded his early education. Ted holds multiple patents for his inventions across various industries.

He serves on the board of directors for Eastman Chemical Company (NYSE:EMN), the National Association of Manufacturers and the Alliance to End Plastic Waste.

Emile Chammas



Emile Chammas is Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Sealed Air. Emile is responsible for driving performance across all areas of our business and is an integral part in driving forward a fully digitally powered business. To advance this aim, he is transforming every plant, office, and facility to drive SEE's Operating Engine and accelerate growth.


Emile joined SEE in 2010 as Senior Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer. In 2019, SEE's CEO also named him Chief Transformation Officer and he was asked to lead the company's Reinvent SEE business transformation by building a culture of continuous improvement and tackling the changing needs of the marketplace.

Emile has proven experience leading operations and managing SEE’s complex supply chain and IT organization across the globe. Prior to joining SEE, Emile held executive leadership positions at Wrigley and Procter & Gamble, leading teams throughout Europe, North America and the globe. He is known for intersecting his deep industry knowledge with building dynamic talent within companies. Emile excels at developing solutions for even the toughest challenges within all areas of our business.

Emile has a master's degree in mechanical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Vanderbilt University.

Emile is originally from Lebanon and speaks Dutch, English, French, Lebanese and is currently learning Italian.

Christopher J. Stephens, Jr.



Christopher J. Stephens, Jr. is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Sealed Air. He leads the company's finance organization and is responsible for all business systems and shared services globally across functions.

Christopher has more than 30 years of experience in leadership roles in the aerospace, industrial, and manufacturing sectors. Prior to joining Sealed Air, he served as SVP and CFO for 11 years at Barnes Group, a global provider of engineered products, technologies and solutions for the aerospace, transportation, manufacturing, automation, health care, and packaging industries. Prior to Barnes Group, he held leadership positions at Fortune 500 companies, including Honeywell, The Boeing Company, Allied Signal, and Ingersoll Rand.


Christopher is a certified public accountant. He is a member of the Fairfield University Dolan School of Business advisory board and serves as vice chair of the Manufacturers Alliance for Productivity and Innovation CFO Council. He holds a master of business administration from Virginia Tech Pamplin School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from King's College.

Sergio Pupkin



Sergio Pupkin is Senior Vice President and Chief Growth and Strategy Officer for Sealed Air.

Sergio is responsible for global strategy, mergers and acquisitions, marketing, integrated brand communications, and Sealed Air’s digital business including e-commerce and He leads the company’s sustainability, research and development organizations, ensuring innovation continues to serve as a key driver for growth while creating value for stakeholders and society. In his role, Sergio works closely with executive teams across the globe from the inception of strategy to successful execution of initiatives and investments. 


Sergio joined the leadership team in 2016 following a career of more than 20 years at Diversey, a global provider of hygiene and cleaning solutions. In his previous position, Sergio served as Global Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for Diversey Care.

Sergio’s strategic foresight and experience has been forged over multiple international assignments in marketing, sales, and general management including Latin America, Mexico, and EMEA with positions of increasing responsibility at local, regional, and global levels, providing him with multicultural perspectives from around the world. Over his career he has led multiple transformational programs, strategic investments, and divestitures. 

Sergio received his degree in business administration and marketing cum laude from the Universidad de Buenos Aires in Argentina.

Jannick Thomsen



Jannick Thomsen became Sealed Air’s first Vice President, Chief People and Digital Officer in February of 2022.

Jannick is responsible for inspiring an inclusive, caring, high-performance culture for the company’s 18,000 employees. As part of the company’s transformation to world-class, he is leading a digital strategy to enhance the culture and create a world-class employee experience that attracts and retains best-in-class talent at SEE.


Jannick is leading SEE’s progress toward its Diversity, Equity and Inclusion pledge. He also oversees multiple global functions, including Human Resources, Business Process Improvement and Communications and Impact.

Prior to SEE, Jannick was a Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he focused on driving growth and digital transformation for private equity owned and publicly listed companies in North America, Europe and Asia. Before this, he worked in the finance and investment sector where he spent time at the largest investment bank in Scandinavia.

Jannick has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in finance and accounting from Copenhagen Business School. He graduated at the top of his class and placed third out of more than 300 MBA teams at the 2005 Thunderbird Global Innovation Challenge.

Jannick was born in Denmark and is fluent in Danish and English.

Angel Shelton Willis



Angel Shelton Willis serves as Sealed Air’s Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. She oversees all aspects of the company’s global legal and compliance affairs, including commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, litigation, labor and employment, intellectual property, ethics and compliance, corporate governance, and regulatory matters.

She also serves as the Executive Sponsor of Sealed Air’s Diversity, Inclusion and Equity Council, a group that promotes a diverse, equitable, trusting and inclusive culture for all Sealed Air employees.


Angel has more than 25 years of legal experience. Prior to joining Sealed Air in 2019, she served in several leadership roles at Ingersoll Rand, including Vice President and Deputy General Counsel. In this position, she led global mergers and acquisitions, finance and restructuring, and legal affairs for Europe, Middle East, India, and Africa. Prior to Ingersoll Rand, Angel served as Corporate Counsel at Cummins Inc. and as an Associate at Ice Miller.

Angel is a member of the SPX Corporation board of directors and serves on the board’s nominating and governance committee. She holds a juris doctor degree from the University of Illinois, and a master of business administration and a bachelor’s degree in political science and economics from Clemson University.

Tobias Grasso



Tobias Grasso is President of the Americas at Sealed Air. He is responsible for business and commercial strategy implementation and regional results.

Tobias began his career at Sealed Air in 2015 and managed the company’s food packaging business as Vice President of Latin America and then President of North America. With more than 30 years of management experience in farming, processing, exports, imports, and the commercialization of food and agricultural products, Tobias now leads a team focused on increasing commercial productivity and ensuring customer value.


Prior to joining Sealed Air, Tobias served as President of Mosaic Brazil for The Mosaic Company, a leading integrated producer and marketer of concentrated phosphate and potash. There he led the strategic growth of the company in South America, including the acquisition of Archer-Daniels-Midland Company’s fertilizer distribution business in Brazil and Paraguay.

Tobias started his career at Cargill, one of the world's top producers and distributors of agricultural products, and spent 18 years at the company ultimately serving in several management and leadership positions in the food, agriculture, and beverage businesses.

He served as Vice President of the Brazilian National Fertilizer Association from 2014 to 2015 and as a Board Member for Fertifos and Fosfertil Fertilizantes from 2005 to 2008.

Tobias is a graduate of Fundação Getúlio Vargas in Brazil with a bachelor of business administration degree in marketing and finance and has Harvard Business School Agribusiness Seminar certification.




Alessandra Faccin



Alessandra Faccin is President of Asia Pacific at Sealed Air Corporation. Based in Singapore, Alessandra is responsible for driving the business and commercial strategy implementation in APAC across the company’s portfolio of packaging systems, solutions and services.

Alessandra has more than 20 years of experience in global industrial and manufacturing industries, with a broad financial background and direct accountability for business results and P&L performance. She has built strong business partnerships and broad multicultural experience from working in North America, Latin America, and Europe.


Alessandra joined Sealed Air in 2013 as Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis, and has held various leadership positions throughout her career with the company. She was Vice President and Treasurer from 2015 to 2017 and most recently in 2021 prior to becoming the APAC President, where she was responsible for all treasury functions including access to capital markets and capital allocation strategy. From 2018 to 2020, Alessandra led the Protective Packaging business in North America as VP and GM where she headed the company’s integration of the acquisition of Automated Packaging Systems, a leading equipment company which has strengthened Sealed Air’s automation growth strategy.

Prior to joining Sealed Air, Alessandra led the global business finance team at The Dow Chemical Company and held various roles at Rohm and Haas where she started her career in Brazil.

Alessandra received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas in Brazil, and an executive master’s business administration degree from Universidade de São Paulo in Brazil. She has also completed various professional certification programs at The Wharton School and Villanova University in the US.

Gerd Wichmann



Gerd Wichmann is President of Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) for Sealed Air. He is responsible for driving the business growth and strategy in the region across the company’s portfolio of packaging systems, solutions and services.

Gerd joined Sealed Air in 1994, starting his career with Cryovac as an application engineer. After that, he held multiple positions of increased responsibility in research and development, portfolio, marketing for EMEA, as well as a general management role for the food equipment business globally. Most recently, Gerd served as Vice President & General Manager of Protective Packaging EMEA.

Gerd has a food technology engineering degree from KIN-Institute for Food Preservation Neumünster, Germany. He also completed a strategic marketing course at IMD Lausanne, Switzerland.


Gerd brings extensive knowledge of the packaging industry and deep expertise in the food and non-food businesses. His strategic thinking and business acumen are integral to lead our revenue and profit acceleration in EMEA, as well as continue Sealed Air’s evolution to operational excellence.

Gerd, a native of Germany, is based in Switzerland and is a passionate skier and traveler.


Charlotte Atkinson



Charlotte Atkinson joined SEE in 2008. She is responsible for managing executive support for the company’s CEO, Executive Team and the Board of Directors. With more than 20 years of supporting C-Suite level executives, Charlotte has a strong track record of delivering results at large, dynamic organizations. Prior to joining SEE, Charlotte’s career spanned a broad range of industries at companies such as JP Morgan, Revlon, Young & Rubicam Brands (a WPP Company) and Lehman Brothers.
