The system consists of two, separate conveyors that merge into a single infeed at the head of the rotary system.
Fed by various methods including manual and automated bag loaders and flow wrappers, dual infeeds are custom designed to provide an uninterrupted flow of packaged product from multiple loading stations. These infeed systems can be centrally controlled by the operator on the rotary vacuum chamber machine and are designed to match the speed of the rotary through an electronic sensor.
Three sizes are available to correlate with various sizes of our rotary vacuum chamber systems.

A dual infeed allows for more product variation during a shift without the downtime needed for a product of bag-size changeover. The lanes are positioned apart so product can come from two separate sources, and both lanes can be controlled individually from the rotary vacuum system control panel.
