Regularly Scheduled Audits
New AMP-eligible CRYOVAC® equipment is pre-qualified for the program, while existing equipment that is 5 years old or less can be evaluated by our experienced technical service team to provide a plan for refurbishment to certified new standards. Upon qualification and depending on the selected plan, we conduct two or four equipment audits each year of your contract. During each audit, we perform a thorough evaluation of your equipment and provide recommendations for repairs and preventive maintenance to maximize uptime, improve yield rates, and enhance overall production efficiency.
Equipment Reconditioning
In addition to recommended improvements provided during routine audits, as part of your AMP service, our highly-trained, experienced service technicians recondition your CRYOVAC® brand equipment every 12 to 24 months, depending on your production schedule. We schedule all work at your convenience to help avoid any lost production time. Our proactive approach helps extend equipment lifespan and protect your capital investment.
Catastrophic Parts Coverage
Our preventive plan is designed to reduce the risk of unexpected failures, but in the event one occurs, we’ve made sure you won’t have to face added costs replacing key critical parts, depending on your equipment model.
