The AutoLabel 600P thermal transfer printer enables inline printing of graphics, text and barcodes directly on the AUTOBAG® Brand bag, eliminating the need for a separate labeling operation, simplifying maintenance and saving on consumable costs.
Compared to previous models, the AutoLabel 600P offers up to 600 dpi print resolution and delivers improved print quality throughout the entire print speed range. Customers will experience even more consistent print registration and more reliable bag sensing due to improved bag web flow into and out of the printer, and we have also refined our design to deliver even greater accessibility for reloading ribbon consumables and maintenance. A 3rd Generation Ribbon Saver feature further minimizes empty space between labels, reducing waste and increasing effective ribbon roll capacity.
This printer supports both linear and 2D barcodes in a wide variety of symbologies for maximum flexibility in product identification, tracking and compliance labeling. Resident and downloadable fonts are ideal for lot or date codes and other human-readable product information; while high resolution graphics printing allows visual verification and branding on the package, as well. The AutoLabel 600P prints labels up to 4″ wide x 20″ long.
System-matched AutoLabel Thermal Transfer Ribbon resists scratching, smearing and flaking for durable, crisp, high quality labels. These thermal transfer ribbons extend printhead life and are specially made for use on poly bags.
The AutoLabel 600P uses AutoLabel Designer label creation software, which makes it easy to design and manage custom labels. Enhanced database connectivity enables networked label storage, sharing and printing.
When paired with the AUTOBAG® Brand 600 High-Speed Bagging System, a complete Print-n-Pack™ system is achieved.
