Overview
CRYOVAC® brand FlexPrep® vertical form fill seal (VFFS) systems provides high-speed manufacturing and filling of CRYOVAC® brand FlexPrep® portion dispensing pouches using either clear or printed films.
Featuring simple, easy-to-operate touchscreens, these systems can package hot or cold condiments, sauces, or dressings in pouches designed to be compatible with specialized sauce guns from Franke Foodservice Systems and Server Products Corporation.
Food service operators rely on CRYOVAC® brand FlexPrep® technology for condiment packaging systems to deliver cost-effective portion control, improved product shelf life, and back-of-house process efficiency. Product viscosities can range from balsamic vinaigrette to peanut butter with no need to transfer products from bulk packages to a secondary container.

CRYOVAC® brand FlexPrep® VFFS machines can package sauces, condiments, or dressings ranging in viscosity from balsamic vinaigrette to peanut butter, from ketchup to hot fudge, from sour cream to nacho cheese. The dispensing units available from Franke Foodservice and Server Products Company have also been designed to accommodate a wide range of viscosities. Depending on product types, some pouches may require gentle heating for application at end use.
