Stefanie Holland

Stefanie Holland is General Counsel and Secretary of Sealed Air Corporation.
Stefanie joined Sealed Air in 2025 and oversees all aspects of the company’s global legal and corporate affairs, including commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, litigation, labor and employment, intellectual property, ethics and compliance, corporate governance, sustainability and regulatory matters.
Stefanie has more than 25 years of experience working with global and multinational organizations. Prior to joining Sealed Air, she served as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, Corporate and Assistant Secretary of Albemarle Corporation, a specialty chemicals manufacturer. Since 2006, she has provided counsel as both an in-house and law firm attorney on a range of legal, corporate, risk, regulatory, commercial, and ethics and compliance matters. Before practicing law, Stefanie spent 13 years in the import/export, logistics and transportation industry, holding operations positions with several freight forwarders.
Stefanie also serves as a member of the board of trustees and as secretary for Discovery Place in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Stefanie earned a juris doctorate and a master’s degree in business administration from Cleveland State University, and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Baldwin-Wallace College. She is licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio.
