Dustin Semach
PRESIDENT AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, SEALED AIR CORPORATION
Dustin Semach is President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Sealed Air Corporation.
Dustin was promoted to President and CEO in February 2025. He joined Sealed Air as CFO in early 2023 and served as Interim Co-President and Co-CEO during a short period of time from October 2023 to June 2024.
Prior to joining Sealed Air, he served as CFO at TTEC, a public global customer experience technology and services provider; as well as CFO at Rackspace Technology, a public cloud services provider, where he led the company through its initial public offering in 2020. He also held leadership positions at large cap information technology services businesses including DXC, Computer Sciences Corporation and IBM.
Dustin has more than 20 years of professional experience in strategy, business transformation, at-scale M&A, finance, technology, and operations.
Dustin holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Clemson University and a master’s degree in business administration from Northeastern University.
