Debbie Moore was named Vice President, People at Sealed Air Corporation in January 2026. In this role, Debbie is responsible for leading the company’s global People strategy, focusing on the integration of talent, culture and employee experience to drive business performance and sustainable organizational growth.
Since joining Sealed Air in 2015, Debbie has progressed through a series of senior leadership positions with increasing global scope and complexity. Her expertise spans organizational design, HR operations and enterprise-wide People strategy, positioning her as a trusted advisor to executive leadership. She has been instrumental in advancing a technology-enabled employee experience and delivering operational excellence across both regional and global operations to support critical business priorities.
Prior to Sealed Air, Debbie spent nearly nine years with AVINTIV, a global specialty materials manufacturer, where she held multiple human resources roles with expanding leadership responsibility and impact.
Debbie holds a bachelor’s degree in human resources from Strayer University.
