Andi Cole was named Head of Communications for Sealed Air Corporation in December 2024.
Andi leads the company’s global communications strategy, including the corporate narrative, brand reputation, media relations and internal communications. In this role, she focuses on driving enterprise alignment and building stakeholder trust through a commitment to clarity and transparency.
Andi has more than 20 years of experience leading communications for global industrial and specialty chemicals organizations. Prior to joining Sealed Air, she held senior leadership roles at Honeywell, Albemarle Corporation and tesa tape, NA. She specializes in guiding organizations through complex transformations and shaping communication strategies that strengthen employee connection and support alignment across key stakeholders. Her experience spans public and private companies, working across corporate, customer and investor audiences.
Andi earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in marketing from East Carolina University.
