Across our company, we are working together to drive education, training, processes and dialogue to help us build a more diverse and inclusive culture where every employee can be successful and proud to work for us.

In 2020, Sealed Air formed the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council to promote a diverse, trusting and inclusive culture for all employees.

The Gender Equity Network (formerly known as the Women’s Initiative Network) was formed to promote gender equity at Sealed Air and to help us create spaces where our differences are valued. This employee resource group is active in 18 countries.

Our HR Diversity, Equity and Inclusion process team is committed to improving our processes, practices, and operations to ensure we deliver on the  commitments outlined in our pledge.

Sealed Air serves a diverse global customer base with a sales and distribution network reaching 117 countries and territories. In 2020, 47% of net sales were from outside the U.S. Our diversity, global scale, and agility have enabled us to address the evolving customer needs across our end markets and geographies.
