The SpeedyPacker foam-in-bag system delivers on-demand foam-filled bags for quick, cost-effective product protection in high-volume packaging operations
This expanding foam packaging machine includes a versatile industrial-grade touch screen display that lets the operator select the optimum bag size and foam fill percent combinations for fast, secure protection that can reduce damage rates. A wide variety of foam formulations are available to create the precise type of protection your products require while minimising material use.
Each custom-shaped cushion absorbs shocks and vibrations during the shipping process. The efficiency of Instapak® foam can help reduce box size and dimensional weight without sacrificing packaging performance.

The ISSC Plus components incorporate sustainable alternative material using the Mass Balance approach which is an opportunity to accelerate the ecological transition on a very large scale by leveraging the existing process and contributing to phase out fossil raw material (reduce the carbon footprint from 40 to 55% versus the market average for polyurethane foam – excluding biogenic carbon).
