Overview

The ProPad® Horizontal System is a paper cushioning and void fill solution designed to meet the demands of today’s fast-paced operations


With its purpose-built design, it enhances efficiency and ensures operator comfort, all while saving valuable floor space.

The ProPad® Horizontal fits seamlessly into tight spaces, making it ideal for high-density packing zones. Its design eliminates the need for trolleys or paper pallets, working directly over pallets with Endless Fanfold Paper for uninterrupted productivity while minimising labour intensity.

The system produces paper pads at speeds of up to 95 per minute, allowing faster and more efficient packaging. Its automated modes include manual, auto-repeat, batch and sequence modes.

It’s ideal for Automotive, Electronics, E-commerce applications and doesn’t just protect products; it creates a memorable unboxing experience.
