Overview

The original polyethylene foam packaging

Ethafoam® polyethylene was developed specifically for shock-absorption, vibration suppression, insulation & buoyancy in storing and transporting delicate goods, computer and medical equipment, and other precision instruments. Today Ethafoam® is widely used in all types of protective packaging due to its superior product protection.

The Ethafoam® line is known for its outstanding dimensional stability and recovery characteristics, making it ideal for use in returnable material handling systems. In addition to providing excellent protection, Ethafoam® products are chemical and water resistant. A range of densities is available for multiple applications from fragile finishings, blocking and bracing to heavy duty protection. Common uses include electronics protection, automotive returnable dunnage, industrial parts, defence packaging and kitted equipment.

Ethafoam® HRC foam is produced with a minimum of 65% recycled resin content. Ethafoam® Synergy is a fine-cell, low-abrasion solution for applications where both presentation and performance matter.
