Our CRYOVAC® brand family of overwrap films is designed to pair with a bottom tray to protect products such as poultry, smoked and processed meats, and a variety of prepared foods. Our overwrap films offer strength and protection against abuse. The leak-proof closure and hermetic sealing add extra strength to the package.

Side-End-Seal Film
CRYOVAC® brand side-end-seal overwrap film is a thin shrink film with high abuse resistance, providing a skin-tight presentation throughout distribution to retail and consumers. Designed to run on end-seal equipment, this technology produces three high-integrity seals for a virtually leak-proof package. Additionally, the use of end seals creates a larger print surface area, allowing processors greater flexibility in packaging design.

Recycle-Ready Barrier Display Film (Eco BDF*)
CRYOVAC® brand recycle-ready* barrier display films are sustainable, barrier, anti-fog, ultra-thin overwrap shrink films, which maintain the product integrity and shelf life retailers expect. This recycle-ready* formula, analysed by Cyclos, was launched in 2021.
*This EVOH-containing film can be recycled in low-density polyethylene (LDPE) streams. Sealed Air internally tests its products in alignment with relevant APR/PRE guidelines. Such testing does not imply and should not be interpreted as an endorsement of products or certification of results by APR or PRE. Degree of recyclability of the material may vary depending on scope and availability of flexible film collection, sortation, and recycling programs.

Ovenable Print Film
CRYOVAC® brand ovenable printed film is well suited for pre-prepared poultry portions and whole birds. Goes straight to the oven from the poultry producer to traditional oven at home. Eliminates raw meat handling and cross-contamination to enhance health protection for consumers.
- Coextruded PET film, ovenable and printable
- Hermetic pack protecting poultry pack from factory to fork
- High-speed machinability for operating costs reduction
- Offers excellent branding opportunity with 360-degree on-pack printing area in up to eight colours
- Shelf life: Up to 12 to 15 days, according to type of modified atmosphere

CRYOVAC® recycle-ready* PP-based laminates
EVOH barrier films designed for a variety of applications: mince meat, fresh red meat, pork, poultry, dairy, ready meals and smoked and processed meat.
The films are compliant with OPRL and CEFLEX guidelines. They were certified by Cyclos and determined to be recycle-ready*.
*Degree of recyclability of the final package depends on the specific product configuration or components intended for recycling and the scope and availability of appropriate local recycling facilities
