Versatile packaging for liquids and pumpable food products

The CRYOVAC® AutoPouch 308A‑CE is designed to deliver versatile, quality packaging for a wide range of food products.

Supporting both one‑part and two‑part fill modes, the system can handle pumpable liquids with or without particulates, liquids with solid inclusions, and solid products only. This versatility allows processors to package multiple product types on a single machine, supporting portfolio growth without the need for additional equipment.

A unique pressure pad and squeeze roller system removes headspace during filling, creating hermetically sealed packs that help protect product freshness and extend shelf life.

Suitable for hot and cold fill applications up to 95 °C, the system is compatible with multiple tooling sizes to accommodate different pouch formats while ensuring consistent sealing performance.

Designed with operational simplicity, reliability and a compact footprint, the AutoPouch 308A‑CE provides an accessible entry point to automated pouch packaging for smaller and medium‑scale food manufacturers.
