Reliable, Hygienic Water Removal for Packaging Lines
The Cryovac® WR81 water removal machine is fully automatic and easily integrated into existing packaging lines. Using high‑performance air knives powered by a built‑in blower, the system removes residual surface water from packages immediately after the shrink process.
The air knives closely follow product contours, ensuring effective drying of all package surfaces. Conveyor speed is adjustable via an electronic controller, allowing precise tuning to product type and line speed. The upper section of the machine is fully washdown, while the lower section is sound‑insulated to minimise noise from the blower system.
Built with food‑approved materials and corrosion‑resistant components, the WR81 is engineered for durability in demanding packaging environments while meeting European safety and hygiene legislation.
