Beginning January 2026, both hourly and salaried employees in the US will transition to a new pay frequency. Only small pockets of hourly/non-exempt employees are excluded from the changes due to state laws or existing contractual language. We understand that changes to your pay schedule bring questions and uncertainty. Our goal is to make this shift as smooth as possible and to support you every step of the way.
