CRYOVAC® brand Grip & Tear® bags are designed to save processors and retailers time and minimize cross-contamination and safety risks during rework or handling of products.
Tool-free opening, achieved by a simple pull on the tab, quickly and completely opens the bag. Multiple innovation seal designs are available, ensuring that seals remain tight until the moment of opening, without sacrificing product safety, quality, or uncluttered product presentation.
Grip & Tear® products are available for packaging large or small portions, bone-in meats, or cook-in foods. Customize with a range of printing techniques from one-color stamped bags to full-color, dual-side flexography with full-cover graphics for 360-degree merchandising potential. Available in a variety of styles for both end and side seal bags. Some styles include:
- Grip & Tear® Small-tab for smaller portions of smoked & processed meats, poultry, cheese, fresh beef and pork
- Grip & Tear® Portion Pull for deli meat and cheese with tabs that break away one portion at a time
