Jannick Thomsen

Jannick is responsible for inspiring an inclusive, caring, high-performance culture for the company’s 18,000 employees. As part of the company’s transformation to world-class, he is leading a digital strategy to enhance the culture and create a world-class employee experience that attracts and retains best-in-class talent at SEE.

Jannick is leading SEE’s progress toward its Diversity, Equity and Inclusion pledge. He also oversees multiple global functions, including Human Resources, Business Process Improvement and Communications and Impact.

Prior to SEE, Jannick was a Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he focused on driving growth and digital transformation for private equity owned and publicly listed companies in North America, Europe and Asia. Before this, he worked in the finance and investment sector where he spent time at the largest investment bank in Scandinavia.

Jannick has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in finance and accounting from Copenhagen Business School. He graduated at the top of his class and placed third out of more than 300 MBA teams at the 2005 Thunderbird Global Innovation Challenge.

Jannick was born in Denmark and is fluent in Danish and English.
