Angel Willis

Angel Shelton Willis serves as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for Sealed Air Corporation (NYSE: SEE). She oversees all aspects of the company’s global legal and compliance affairs, including commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, litigation, labor and employment, intellectual property, ethics and compliance, corporate governance, and regulatory matters.

She also serves as the Executive Sponsor of the SEE Diversity, Inclusion and Equity Council, a group that promotes a diverse, equitable, trusting and inclusive culture for all employees.

Angel has more than 25 years of legal experience. Prior to joining SEE in 2019, she served in several leadership roles at Ingersoll Rand, including Vice President and Deputy General Counsel. In this position, she led global mergers and acquisitions, finance and restructuring, and legal affairs for Europe, Middle East, India, and Africa. Prior to Ingersoll Rand, Angel served as Corporate Counsel at Cummins Inc. and as an Associate at Ice Miller.

Angel is a member of the SPX Corporation board of directors and serves on the board’s nominating and governance committee. She holds a juris doctor degree from the University of Illinois, and a master of business administration and a bachelor’s degree in political science and economics from Clemson University.
