Alessandra Faccin

Alessandra Faccin is President of Asia Pacific at Sealed Air Corporation (NYSE: SEE). Based in Singapore, Alessandra is responsible for driving the business and commercial strategy implementation in APAC across the company’s portfolio of packaging systems, solutions and services.

Alessandra has more than 20 years of experience in global industrial and manufacturing industries, with a broad financial background and direct accountability for business results and P&L performance. She has built strong business partnerships and broad multicultural experience from working in North America, Latin America, and Europe.

Alessandra joined SEE in 2013 as Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis, and has held various leadership positions throughout her career with the company. She was Vice President and Treasurer from 2015 to 2017 and most recently in 2021 prior to becoming the APAC President, where she was responsible for all treasury functions including access to capital markets and capital allocation strategy. From 2018 to 2020, Alessandra led the Protective Packaging business in North America as VP and GM where she headed the company’s integration of the acquisition of Automated Packaging Systems, a leading equipment company which has strengthened the SEE^™ Automation growth strategy.

Prior to joining SEE Alessandra led the global business finance team at The Dow Chemical Company and held various roles at Rohm and Haas where she started her career in Brazil. Alessandra received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas in Brazil, and an executive master’s business administration degree from Universidade de São Paulo in Brazil. She has also completed various professional certification programs at The Wharton School and Villanova University in the US.
