At Sealed Air, celebrating our people and their accomplishments is a core part of our culture. In our “Meet: Our People” series, you’ll hear directly from our people across the globe on what it’s like working at SEE, and a little bit about them outside of work.

Where I’m located: Charlotte, N.C., U.S.A.

Length of time with SEE: 6.5 years.

My workday consists of: Building bridges across our revenue generating functions to connect enablement efforts through shared technology, data, and processes. My team aims to reduce the complexity of the modern sales ecosystem and provide buyers and sellers with a seamless, more effortless experience.

What I enjoy most about working at SEE is: Being part of such an intelligent, diverse community that bands together to tackle common goals.

I feel passionate about Learning & Development at SEE because: I’ve seen so many colleagues afforded the opportunity to expand their skillset beyond their primary role. Getting the chance to develop internally and gain experience across various business functions fosters a culture of collaboration and innovation that doesn’t exist in many organizations. To support the growth and development of our employees, SEE offers 24/7 access to digital learning content in multiple languages on various topics, including diversity, equity & inclusion, leadership development, personal development, and more.

I helped our SEE Operating Engine by: Implementing marketing automation, optimizing tools and processes for our sellers, and providing visibility into customer buying journey touchpoints through data and analytics. As a result, we continue to increase Sales & Marketing productivity and enhance the experiences for our customers.

The core value that inspires me the most is Innovative because: It allows us to stay ahead of the curve and promote growth from within the organization. Utilizing creativity and experimentation to overcome tough challenges brings value to SEE, our people, and our customers.

My favorite hobbies include: Traveling with my wife and spending time outdoors camping, mountain biking, and fly fishing.
