Łukasz Frynia, Customer Service Partner
Our People

Meet: Łukasz Frynia, Customer Service Partner

At Sealed Air, celebrating our people and their accomplishments is a core part of our culture. In our “Meet: Our People” series, you’ll hear directly from our people across the globe on what it’s like working at SEE, and a little bit about them outside of work.

Where I’m located: Ożarów, Poland

Length of time with SEE: 3 years.

My workday consists of: Managing our customers' requests and making sure they are satisfied with services provided by SEE. As a Digital Ambassador, I am also promoting usage of our digital tools both internally and externally. And as a Pride Initiative Co-Lead, I learn something new everyday thanks to our Pride chat group and meetings. It is a platform where everyone can share their experiences, opinions, and knowledge about broadly understood diversity and good practices for inclusion.

"As Customer Service Partner for Protective Packaging Poland, Łukasz brings on board dedication and engagement," says Customer Service Manager Pawel Witkowski. "With his ambition and great interpersonal skills, Łukasz has already successfully participated in many projects, of which the most recognizable is
being a valued Digital Ambassador."

What I enjoy most about working at SEE is: The balance between learning new things and using skills I already have. That way, I feel confident but also don't get bored too easily. I am excited by the changes and development that the future brings.

I feel passionate about Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) at SEE
because:
These topics are close to my heart and embracing them is a huge opportunity for us as people and as a company. It is empowering to be assured that we can feel safe and appreciated regardless of our identity. There is a lot to do in the world from that perspective, and with initiatives under our DEI Pledge, we are making the necessary step forward.

The core value that inspires me the most is Collaborative because: Only
when we work together can we bring the best. Sometimes we get overwhelmed
by challenges as they are too big for individuals, but I believe that as a community, we can cope with them and bring change to the world – both inside
and outside SEE.

Someone who has an important influence on my career is: All my fellow Pride Initiative members. Thanks to them, I have been able to grow not only as an employee, but as a person in general! Every dialogue we have is eye-opening and an opportunity to learn more about the everyday work of people from other departments and locations across the world. I would also like to recognize my great Pride Initiative Co-Lead Nick Randone whose impeccable work turns it into a rather enjoyable experience rather than a job.
