At Sealed Air, celebrating our people and their accomplishments is a core part of our culture. In our “Meet: Our People” series, you’ll hear directly from our people across the globe on what it’s like working at SEE, and a little bit about them outside of work.

Where I’m located: Abrera, Spain.

Length of time with SEE: 20 years in July 2022.

My job makes me feel: Useful. I like being able to help my colleagues. This can include everyday operations, training other colleagues, assisting with new projects and anything else that I may be able to help with.

A typical day for me is: Going where I'm required, like a firefighter. After reviewing the daily transactions for customer service, I then check the urgency for any issues that are not yet solved. I also help with audits, attend calls for the projects, and much more.

I help our SEE Operating Engine by: Contributing to daily operations; consistently collaborating with colleagues or departments to make things work better.

The core value that inspires me the most is Collaborative because: I believe that if we all collaborate, things will be easier, we will find better and faster solutions, and the pressure will not be placed on one person or department alone.

If I could have lunch with one person from history, it would be: Any remarkable woman in history. As different as they are, and living in various times of history, they have demonstrated to be brave enough to break the rules and do the things they "were not supposed to do." Rosa Parks, Marie Curie, Amelia Earhart, Janis Joplin, etc.

Taking inspiration from these women from history, I must confess I have a strong character and don't allow anyone to discriminate against me for any reason, such as being a woman. I am the fourth of four siblings, the only female, but at home and at SEE, I have never felt I've been discriminated against for my gender.
