At Sealed Air, celebrating our people and their accomplishments is a core part of our culture. In our “Meet: Our People” series, you’ll hear directly from our people across the globe on what it’s like working at SEE^™, and a little bit about them outside of work.

Where I’m located: Charlotte, N.C., U.S.A.

Length of time with SEE^™^: 4 years.

What I find interesting about my job is: How many people interact with our products and getting to see them used to protect packages in real life, such as when they are delivered to my own home.

My workday consists of: A morning coffee, meeting to prioritize tasks with my team, time in the lab to expand our BUBBLE WRAP^® brand packaging solutions, usually taking something apart or putting something together, and Chipotle Thursdays - every Thursday, it's Chipotle Mexican Grill for lunch.

I feel passionate about Learning & Development at SEE^™because: I really enjoy the opportunity to learn new things and become more knowledgeable in areas that I don’t yet fully understand. The part I love most about my career is how dynamic the job can be both throughout my career and even day-to-day.

The core value that inspires me the most is Innovative because: I believe
innovation is the path to improving society. Without innovative ideas and
technologies, growth can’t happen. Innovation is key to creating a competitive
advantage and growing any business.

My favorite movie is: Star Wars; I like how different it is from any other movie. I also really like the metaphor of the light side, dark side and balance, as this applies to everything you come across in life.
