At Sealed Air, celebrating our people and their accomplishments is a core part of our culture. In our “Meet: Our People” series, you’ll hear directly from our people across the globe on what it’s like working at SEE, and a little bit about them outside of work.

Where I’m located: Mumbai, India.

Length of time with SEE: 17.5 years.

My job makes me feel: Good, because it gives me opportunities to explore, understand and work on new technologies, and travel.

A typical day for me is: Getting up at 6 a.m. to do yoga or take a morning walk so that I'm ready to start the day. I first check my day's schedule and then begin working. I like traveling in the field but have been managing virtually due to the COVID-19 pandemic. After work, I take an evening walk, spend time with family, have dinner, catch up on emails from U.S. colleagues or work on proposals before bed by 10:30 p.m.

I help our SEE Operating Engine by: Working on innovative solutions, which is a combination of customer requirement and SEE products.

"Ajay has been with SEE since 2004 and has grown primarily in a technical sales and expert role, says Director, Business Development, Equipment & Applications Venkat Hariharan. "He has developed deep expertise in our shrink portfolio and understands both shrink equipment and shrink film exceptionally well. Ajay has been central to many of the biggest wins in SEE India the past few years. I have seen him grow further, becoming more business-oriented and improving his understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the market. He... is also very quick to learn new technology; this flexibility will hold SEE in good stead as we look to move towards greater digitization and more connected equipment."

The core value that inspires me the most is Integrity because: We choose to do the right thing in any circumstance at SEE and communication is very open and transparent.
