At SEE, I am passionate about: Pushing for improvements to make our workplace safer, while creating the best quality products and solutions.
The advice I would give to new employees is: Try your best to work as a team player; help any one of your other colleagues; what goes around comes around; if you are positive and helpful people will reciprocate.
I helped our SEE Operating Engine by: Improving production yield by automating parts of our production processes and creating systems to reduce product failure rates.
I feel a sense of belonging at SEE because: When I have done a good job or made improvements, I receive recognition and that is appreciated.
The core value that inspires me the most is Integrity because: We can stand by our actions with pride and be confident that the right decision was made for the right reasons.
My favorite hobby is: I have many hobbies but the one which gives me the most satisfaction is coaching my son's rugby team.
