Cryovac® Ultra-Shrink TBG Bag is Tough and Tight

DUNCAN, S.C. (Oct. 24, 2007) – Processors can now offer their customers the leak-resistant protection of the Cryovac® Series 4000 TBG bag with a significantly tighter shrink package. The new Cryovac® Ultra-Shrink TBG Bag can shrink up to 75 percent and has a cost-effective, single-patch with protected factory seal for single-rib in-the-bag merchandising.

The tight appearance of the Ultra-Shrink TBG Bag greatly accentuates the merchandising appeal of bone-in meat products, while the clear patch serves as a tough bone-guard. The bag’s single patch also saves material because it is only on one side of the bag. As with all Cryovac® TBG Bags, the Ultra-Shrink TBG Bag is tough enough to reduce leakers in the plant and at retail, resulting in fewer rejects and fewer returns

The Cryovac® Ultra-Shrink TBG Bag is compatible with Cryovac® rotary chamber vacuum systems and is available in sizes of 6 inches to 10 inches wide and up to 26 inches long. The bags also are available plain or can be printed in up to eight colors.
