New Instapak® Quick Tuff™ Foam-In-Bag Packaging from Sealed Air Provides Protective Cushioning for Heavy Items

DANBURY, Conn. (Oct. 13, 2003) - New from Sealed Air Corporation Instapak® Quick Tuff™ foam packaging offers cushioning, blocking and bracing, and shock absorption for small, dense tems such as gears, motors and pumps and also can be used as corner protection for larger items. Instapak® Quick Tuff™ foam packaging has superior cushioning abilities and provides maximum product protection by using a minimum amount of foam.

To begin using, the bag of Instapak® Quick Tuff™ packaging that includes component "A" and component "B" of Instapak® Quick Tuff™ foam is warmed in the Instapak Quick® warmer. The components react to form quality polyurethane foam packaging cushions. A User’s Guide is included with the Instapak Quick® packaging line that helps determine which level of packaging protection is needed.

Instapak® Quick Tuff™ foam is the perfect complement to Sealed Air’s standard Instapak Quick® packaging foam, which produces a cushioning material for light to medium weight product protection applications.
