Simple Drop System

This easy-to-use dispensing system provides multiple operators with an automated solution that mechanically transfers inflated cushions from any standard Fill-Air® system into an overhead bin. The Simple Drop System helps increase packaging efficiency, especially when streamlining the packaging process. How It Works

• Operator loads the system initially by feeding the packaging material from the inflatable system into the vertical feed module
• Cushions are automatically conveyed upward to fill the overhead bin
• System automatically monitors the amount of material in the bin and delivers inflated material when the supply is low
