M312 Sterilizable Medical Film
Sealed Air’s Cryovac® brand M312 polyolefin medical film is Non PVC and DEHP free.
Our M312 film provides cost effective, superior performance for the packaging of pharmaceutical solutions. If the application requires aseptic fill, post sterilization via steam autoclave or gamma radiation, the M312 film structure will maintain its high performance properties.
M312 medical film is based on our multilayer coextrusion technology. In this proprietary manufacturing process, several polymers, each contributing a specific property, are coextruded into a multi-ply film. The result is an exceptionally clear, extremely tough film with a wide range of superior physical properties.
Containers produced with M312 medical film meet the demanding requirements of medical solution packaging applications.

Cryovac® M312 medical film is designed to be chemically inert and have extremely low levels of extractables with a wide range of solutions - even under the demanding conditions of 121°C sterilization. Like all Sealed Air products, Cryovac® M312 medical film is part of a total systems approach. We provide application solutions which includes assistance with port tubing, port fittings, bag-making equipment and overwrap options.
