Our Manufacturing Process for Pharmaceutical Film

To meet the special needs of the pharmaceutical market, we have designed a unique manufacturing process dedicated solely to the production of pharmaceutical packaging materials.

The manufacturing process is contained within a controlled environment and utilizes a tubular extrusion format, with the product contact surface on the inside. Additionally, the tube is filled with Class 100-filtered air during extrusion.

The lay-flat tubing is then slit, creating "double wound" film with the product contact surfaces on the inside. This process is contained entirely within the controlled environment. Special packaging techniques are used to preserve the cleanliness during transportation and introduction to clean room environments.
