Cryovac® CN-530 TBG Cook-In Bag

We’ve combined the heat tolerance of a cook-in bag with the high abuse protection and outstanding retail appearance of Cryovac® TBG Bags resulting in a high abuse bag for bone-in, cook-in and post-pasteurization applications.

  • Shrinkable with excellent oxygen and moisture-barrier properties.
  • Withstands high cooking temperatures of 190°F for up to six hours or post-pasteurization conditions of 210°F for up to ten minutes.
  • Available plain or printed.
  • Ideal for bone-in products such as cooked ribs or smoked turkey parts (bone-in breasts, wings or drumsticks) as well as processed meats with highly abusive surfaces such as pepper-corned or oil-fried products.
