Cryovac® FS Series Films

We offer a complete family of high-performance rollstock films for packaging and distributing pumpable foods in flexible pouches. These exceptionally strong, composite materials are specifically designed for use on automatic, high-volume Cryovac® Onpack form-fill-seal machines. All FS Series films are available printed or unprinted.

Our newest film, FS 9060 film for Flavour Mark™ retort pouches, is the result of our extensive efforts to develop a shelf-stable, flexible alternative to cans and refrigerated pouches. This high-performance, multi-layer, coextruded film is specifically designed for products that require thermal processing (250 degrees Fahrenheit) after packaging to achieve shelf stability. The film also provides secure, high-integrity seals to survive the rigors of rough handling during distribution.

FS 5000 Series films have been designed with medium oxygen barrier and can go directly from frozen storage into boiling water for reheating of contents, due to its unique coextruded formulation. Tear propagation characteristics of FS 5100 Series films make them ideal materials to run on Onpack systems with easy-open kits. Pouches can be opened quickly and easily with the tear initiation notch.

The high oxygen barrier of FS 7000 & FS 7100 Series films is ideal for packaging products with extended shelf-life requirements such as chocolate syrup, fruit toppings, and tomato-based sauces.

Designed with very high oxygen barrier properties, FS 8100 Series Films are ideal for packaging products with extended shelf life requirements. These high-performance multi-layer coextruded films are designed for packaging a variety of oxygen-sensitive food products.
