Cryovac® Onpack Model 2052

This simple, easy-to-operate design offers multiple lanes so that four packages can be filled at once - a real time and labor saver. Package options include easy-open tear notches and custom spout designs.

• Designed to handle a broad range of pumpable products, including those with particulates up to approximately 1/4" in size under hot or cold fill conditions
• Pouch volume: 3 ounce to 80 ounce packages
• Can produce 4 packages per cycle (4-up @ 230 mm wide film per head). Using optional 840 mm wide film, the machine can produce 2 packages per cycle (2-up @ 420 mm wide film per head)
• Packaging speeds up to 240 PPM for 4-up configuration using standard end seal technology
• System offers a number of standard features (printed film capability, touchscreen, etc.) and can be equipped to provide package options such as easy open features and custom end seal designs
• Versatile touch screen control panel lets operators oversee all machine functions and make adjustments on the fly

Cryovac® Onpack Model 2045

• Designed to give food processors a low-cost efficient option in pouch packaging of liquid pumpable food products, with or without particulates.
• Pouch volume: 6 ounce to 100 ounce packages
• Pouch size: from 4" to 9½" wide and 6" to 15" long
• Speeds up to 25 PPM depending on package size and product viscosity.
• A wide variety of kits and accessories are available for the 2045B to customize your machine for specific applications.
