Currently under commercial development, this system is used to package solid and pumpable liquid products using two-part fill technology.

• Capable of running FS 9060 (Retort) film as well as current commercial non-retort structures.
• Servo drive technology combined with vacuum film feed belts provides rate advantages when clean seals are required.
• Pouch volume: 24 ounce to 128 ounce
• Pouch size: from 6.3 inches to 12 feet wide (based on tooling) and 6.7 to 19.25 inches long
• Speeds up to 5 to 35 ppm (without retractable fill tube activated) and 5 to 10 ppm (with retractable fill tube activated)
