Model 8164 manual bag loader with Model 8163 bag dispenser

• Provides a simple yet versatile method of loading a variety of products into multiple bag sizes.
• The 8164 bag loader features five 3/4" rods to support a wide variety of products and allows a bag to be pulled between the rods for smaller products or around all five rods for larger products.
• The 8163 bag dispenser can accommodate up to six different bag sizes or labels depending on the model selected. The operator selects the proper bag size from the 8163 to fit the product and pulls the bag over the supported product on the 8164 bag loader.

Semi-Automatic Bag Loaders

Cryovac® semi-automatic bag loaders are designed to index, position and open a string of bags supported by tapes for product insertion by an operator. Bags are automatically advanced and inflated.

Model BL-189 taped bag loader

• Constructed of stainless steel, the easy-access design of the BL-189 system makes it virtually trouble-free for operators to clean and inspect.
• System indexes, advances and opens taped bags for manual product loading and handles bag widths up to 16 inches.

Model 8165-12 and 8165-18 two station taped bag loaders

• Gives the operator a choice of two bag sizes, open and ready for product.
• The universal bag openers allow a variety of products to be loaded simultaneously.

Model 8178B taped bag loader

• Designed to load multiple products, such as hamburger patties, into an opened bag.
• Accessory product hoppers and a drop gate assembly are custom designed to fit specific product sizes and quantity.
• Capable of loading product into bags 4" to 14" wide at speeds up to 6 PPM.
