Model BL120 bag loader and hock breaker for broilers

• A fully automatic bag loader and hock breaker for whole broilers.
• Developed to remove whole birds from a shackle line, load them into patented taped bags, and break the hocks. The bird is thereby shaped and prepared for vacuumizing and sealing on a Cryovac® 8600 Rotary Chamber Vacuum Machine.
• Can handle bags 8½" wide at speeds up to 14 PPM.

BL135 Smart Rack Roll Serrated Bag Printer and Dispenser

• A rolled, serrated bag dispenser with in-line Thermal Transfer printing capabilities designed to work with manual loading systems
• Prints up to a 2" x 4" monochrome graphic image on bags
• Capable of printing variable data (i.e. code date)
• Reduces preprinted bag inventory
• On demand operator controlled
• Expandable from one to four bag dispensing stations
