Model 8800E Automatic Bag Loader and Rotary Vacuum Chamber System

- Minimal handling of products: transfer mechanism places loaded bag onto rotary chamber platen, bag is automatically straightened and clamped

Models BL100 and BL101 taped bag loaders
- Fully automatic horizontal loaders developed for loading individual or multiple cuts of fresh red meat into Cryovac® taped bags.
- The BL100 is a side loader with an L-shaped footprint while the BL101 is an in-line loader.
- Feature automatic opening of taped bags, automatic indexing of product, and automatic insertion of product into the opened bag.
- Can handle bag widths from 9" to 14" at speeds up to 16 PPM.

Models BL125 and BL126 bag loaders
- Fully automatic vertical bag loaders for loading multiple trim cuts such as loose meats, boneless beef briskets, knuckles, eye round, tenderloins and flats into Cryovac® taped bags.
- Specially developed to load products that are difficult to load horizontally.
- Loaded bags can then be transferred to a vacuumizing and sealing 8600 rotary chamber vacuum machine.
- The BL125 handles bag widths from 7 to 9 inches dispensed from rolls or boxes of bags while the BL126 can handle bag widths from 10 to 14 inches.

BL135 Smart Rack Roll Serrated Bag Printer and Dispenser
- A rolled, serrated bag dispenser with in-line Thermal Transfer printing capabilities designed to work with manual loading systems
