Model CL20 large cheese block bag loader

• A fully automatic bag loader for loading large cheese blocks from forming towers into bags or gusseted pouches.
• Designed to handle pre-made gusseted pouches that are boxed and ready for insertion into a stainless steel cassette.
• Can handle pouches 25.5" wide x 47" long at speeds up to 2 CPM.
• Works in tandem with the RG-20 re-gusset machine that folds and prepares the bag for vacuumizing.

Model 8800E Automatic Bag Loader and Rotary Vacuum Chamber System

• Fully automatic, all-in-one bag loading, vacuumizing and sealing machine that loads meat products into Cryovac® taped bags
• Minimal handling of products: transfer mechanism places loaded bag onto rotary chamber platen, bag is automatically straightened and clamped
• Dual impulse seal ribbons on each seal bar provide a tight seal
• Same footprint as standard 8600 machine
• Speeds up to 15 cycles per minute
• Designed for Cryovac® bags up to 14 inches wide
• Bag Loading and Rotary Machine Operator can be redirected to other tasks
• PLC control with diagnostic systems to increase uptime

Model BL110 taped bag loader

• A fully automatic loader designed to load Italian cheese products and long, cylindrical processed meats into Cryovac® taped bags.
• Features automatic advancing and opening of taped bags and a high-speed belt to insert product into the opened bag.
• Can handle bag widths from 6" to 10" at speeds up to 35 PPM.
