 The Model 2070 represents the next generation of automatic form-fill-seal
machines, designed for high-speed operation with a wide variety of package
sizes.
This new automated machine is specifically designed for packaging
mixtures of liquids and solids, filled separately or in combination.
Like
other Cryovac® equipment systems, this machine is designed to be reliable,
easy to operate and maintain.
- Two-phase filling of liquids and solids
- Pouch volume ranges from 200mL to 6.5L
Thanks to its capability to fill solids and liquids separately, model 2070 enables to pack a wide range of products such as olives in brine, fruits in syrup, vegetables in liquid, meat and poultry pieces in marinated liquid or sauces, and many other applications.
As for all Cryovac VFFS equipment for foodservice packaging, the model 2070 produces hermetically sealed, finished pouches with no headspace.
Model 2070 operates with the full range of Cryovac® FS high performance films.
